1. About our wall art
Q: What type of wall art do you sell?
A: We offer premium canvas prints, framed posters, metal wall art and decorative tapestries in a variety of sizes and modern designs.

Q: Are the prints high quality?
A: Of course! We use fade-resistant inks and museum-quality materials to ensure long-lasting vividness.

2. Ordering and Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process?
A: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Q: What are the shipping options?

🇪🇪 Estonia: Free over €200 | Flat rate €8 under €200 (3-7 business days).

🌍 International: Free over €200 | Flat rate €18 under €200 (7-21 business days).

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! But the customer is responsible for customs duties.

3. Returns and Refunds
Q: Can I return my wall art?
A: Yes! Free returns within 15 days (only in Estonia). Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace/refund it for free.

4. Product Care
Q: How do I clean my wall art?
A: Gently wipe with a dry microfiber cloth to dust. Avoid moisture or contact with harsh chemicals.
Q: Does the print come with hanging hardware?
A: Yes! All products come with an easy-mount kit (hooks, nails or adhesive strips).

5. Custom Requests
Q: Can I request a custom size/design?
A: Currently, we only offer pre-made designs. Follow us on social media to find out about new arrivals!
Q: Do you sell digital downloads?
A: Not at this time - all our artwork is available as physical prints only.
